“Communication leads to community, that is, to understanding, intimacy and mutual valuing.”...
This is the unknown quote copied and pasted from google. As I was thinking about writing something on anger the first thing that came to my mind is the lack of communication. Whenever I see angry people I observed that most of the people do not communicate when they get angry and if they do they talk unthinkably.
I will find another day and another fresh blog for the reasons why we get angry. For today let's stick to the communication.
WHAT HAPPEN WHEN WE DO NOT COMMUNICATE
when we do not talk to anyone then we assume the situation and try to fix the persons in certain roles. In short, we play a mind game. We keep assuming and assuming and fill our heads with all those uncertainties that never happened and probably have no chance to happen in the future. We even try to pull back all the past moments which were forgiven but, for now, they act as fuel. All these situations lead to anxiety, depression, and extend our duration of sadness and lack of communication.
WHY WE SHOULD COMMUNICATE
Communication plays a major role in our day to day life. When we share some harsh moments we feel light and happier when we share our happiness. The more we talk the less it leads to misunderstanding.
In spite of getting angry when we communicate then we open our hearts, we share our feelings, we understand each other which grows our relations.
Talking to each other is the solution to many hidden problems.
So open your hearts and grow together.
