Life Is Not Like A Race

When students hear the word "Exam" it creates a different kind of psychological pressure in their mind. They start thinking about it more and more, they even pressurize themself. for them, it's like a giant is coming slowly and steadily. Some parents are more nervous than their children. in some families, they even put restrictions on the extra activity of their children and ask them to focus on their studies only. They have a messy timetable which is difficult to handle. They get very little time to entertain themself. When students start their studies in higher classes, their parent's expectations also shore high. The only way to achieve good marks and to fulfill their parent expectation is to work hard. When exams are over, they have resulted in pressure, and when results are out they have admission pressure.
"Pressure" this word has both positive and negative effects. Due to this pressure, some students do well, an example is last year JEE topper but, when some student fails to get good marks they move in depression and, this depression leads to suicide.
It may happen that students are prepared for the exam by remembering their notes and solving problems, but the increasing suicidal cases show that students are not prepared mentally. For any exam or for any competition mental fitness is required. Why are students committing suicide? It may the fear of not fulfilling their parent expectation. Don’t forget that your parents are always with you. Don’t leave them for just a failure of an exam.
Life is not like a race so, please doesn’t run. Don’t take study as a burden, take it easy. When you start ignoring a small problem it becomes larger and larger so, don't ignore it just shake hands with it. Don’t leave your problem to unsolved, because it chases you until you solve it.
During the study, if you don't want to read then leave it, take a break, take a walk, fresh your mind, and then come back to study. The most important thing is to manage your time. Take a snap of 6-7 hours it's very important.
Only think about the present, not about the future. Make your present good future will become better.
Life is very beautiful; don't waste it by killing yourself.
