When I was a little one my grandfather used to say "जब जागो तभी सवेरा". So it's not only for the people aged below 30 it's for all.
1 Cope with uncertainty
As we are going through a very crucial time and we don't know when things are going to be normal. In all these months we have realized what matters in our life, and how we should Handel this situation. Life is full of uncertainty. There is nothing certain or permanent. So we should learn how to deal with this uncertainty.
2 Graceful communication
Most of the time we use to say such things that we do not mean from our hearts, and we end up with a sad mood.
Sri Sri Ravi Shanker je used to say that even if you are complaining to someone, complain about a smile.
3 Respecting other with diversity
India is a diverse land with diverse culture and people and so do the people have diverse thoughts, opinion, and mindset. So in spite of arguing we should respect their choices and opinions and the way people are.
4 Ask for help / learn to say NO
Many times we crumble under our overthinking without seeking help, which ultimately leads to worry, or if it is on a regular basis it leads to the depression. The same applies to an act of saying NO. We hesitate a lot in saying no. We started thinking about what the other people will fill or think. Which is of no use. One should always fill themselves before filling others.
5 Never give up
Always be clear what you want from your life and what you seek. Have your goal set and put all your energy into that.
6 Value money and time
Money is the input of time. So whatever you are doing to your time will lead you towards your future. So spend these two precious ones wisely.
7 Cooking
The best I came to realize in the past few months. Again the ongoing condition has taught us the value of cooking. It's also a way of independence (not depending on restaurants and dhabas).
Cook healthy eat healthily.
These all are my interpretation of the 7 bulletin points. You can create your own or you can suggest to me also.
