My first expression was "WOW" this is so cool. I can interact with my friends and I text them. I can send pictures and many more.
After spending a few of the months on this platform, I realized people have Brahmastr and they can use it anytime, anywhere.
(In my words the definition of social media is Non-biodegradable floating debris on the ocean floor.)
Real thoughts behind brahmastr
1) you can share whatever you want to. Like anything. (you all are so smart, you know it already).
2) The right to expression is accessible and people are listening to you.
3) You are approaching those people, you haven't met in your life.
4) You are having a keen eye on your friend's feed. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU.
5) Being the hub of updates.
PEN is dancing
Everyone has full right to pen down their thoughts, their joy, anger, emotions, etc, but not at the cost of other mental peace.
Every single time when anyone gets hindrance they started shouting their freedom of speech. There is freedom of speech but, not at the cost of curbing other's voices.
In the wake of the updates, we used to be in a hurry to share the thoughts on social media, share the news, and tell the people what's happening. Even if you are trying to update, somewhere down the line you are spreading rumors sometimes, because the news is yet to authorize.
The social media has given us the power. And everyone is powerful. But how the world is using their power is a matter of concern.
Pause a little bit
Before being the updater of the world just pause. And ask some of the questions.
1) What I am sharing?
2)Why I am sharing?
3)My expression curbing someone's freedom/hurting anyone?
If the answer to all those questions is not satisfactory please do not post.
I am not saying you need not post anything but, your post should not hamper anyone, just be sure about it.
