Dear Zindagi a movie cum therapy session. The movie talks a lot about life, about unsettled past, about messed up relationships, and many more.

The unsettled past and the past traumas have great capacity to pull you back and may be to keep you in the past. The movie talks about a child who had not great childhood and she used to hate her parents. She doesn't even want to be with them because they had left her at the granny's house when she was 5 years old. She craved the love that her younger brother was getting.

She starts the therapy when she was not able to sleep by knowing that the boy who she used to love was engaged.

My favourite part is the whole therapy session. Mr. Khan talks about small and precious valuable things about life. He said that you do not need to take a difficult road to get the goal you can take the easier one also.

The beautiful thing is about treating the persons in the relationships like individuals or like a normal person which makes things easier. By treating them as people we came to know about the situation and the condition in which they took that decision.

Coming to the whole Goa vibe of the movie. Each and everything are giving the vibe. The dress of the female lead character. All of her shrugs give the bohemian look. The multi-coloured bedsheet, the chair, and the whole room in which they are talking to their friend over Skype.

The braided hair, the spindle shape ring and the flowy dress everything just give you the beach vibe.
